Herb-Oil is a unique marketplace. Buyers come here to purchase items of the following categories Herbs & Spices, Essential Oils, Crystals & Sea Shells, Decorative Botanicals, Natural Products, Therapies and related Ingredients & Tools; every product or service posted for sale on Herb-Oil.com must fall into one of these categories. You can view a current and up-to-date list of our categories by visiting the market, where a list of categories and subcategories are displayed on the left-hand sidebar.
What Can’t be Sold on Herb-Oil
Products or services that aren’t Herbs & Spices, Essential Oils, Crystals & Sea Shells, Decorative Botanicals, Natural Products, Therapies and related Ingredients & Tools. Use of the “Other” subcategories are restricted to products or services relevant to the subcategory’s parent category. Even if your product or service meets our categories criteria, items that violate our IPES Policy (Intellectual, Prohibited, Extinct & Sanctions Policy) are not allowed to be sold on Herb-Oil.com.
Herb-Oil may remove any listings that violate our policies. Note that listing fees are non-refundable. Herb-Oil may also suspend or terminate your account for any violations. You’ll still be obligated to pay any outstanding fees on your Herb-Oil statement. You can find more information in our Fees & Payments Policy.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card information is provided to or stored at Herb-Oil.com, this information is only provided by you to the payment processor (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, Square) at the time of purchase.
How do I get paid?
All funds resulting from a completed transaction will be reflected as a balance in a seller’s payment account. Transactions are considered complete once the payment is approved by Herb-Oil or our fraud analysis service provider. Any refunds, adjustments, or other amounts paid to buyers in connection with purchases, or for funds received since the last payment day, are also applied to the seller’s payment account balance.
Verified accounts funds can be transferred daily.
Funds in a payment account balance are eligible for deposit (the “Available Funds”) into a seller’s bank account at the end of any applicable deposit delay, reserve, or hold period as determined by the seller’s bank. Funds can also be deposited to a seller’s PayPal, Square Up or Stripe account.
Country and Currency Options. Available Funds can only be deposited into bank accounts, in the domestic currency of the account, in the United States, Australia, Canada, the European Union, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Switzerland in the following currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, NZD, NOK, SEK, and SGD.
If we believe that a seller’s actions may result in buyer disputes, chargebacks, or other claims, then we may, in our sole discretion, put (1) a hold, (2) a deposit delay, or (3) a reserve on the seller’s payment account balance.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Simply visit this page and select the new plan. The new plan will begin the date you change it, so schedule when you change your plan accordingly.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. To cancel your store membership click here. Or from the Store Manager – Settings – Membership. Your current membership will remain active until the end of the paid term (there are no refunds).
